What is Carbon Steel Pipes

A Carbon Steel Pipe is made with main constituents of carbon, titanium, alloy steel, copper, and aluminum. They possess excellent weldability and corrosion resistance properties. These pipes are available in sizes of ½mm to 26mm. The black carbon steel pipe is uncoated steel formed by various grades of flexible or ductile iron. They exhibit a black color due to the iron-oxide formed during the manufacturing process. Carbon Steel Tube is available in all standard specifications.

These tubes range in sizes ½ to 6 nominal sizes and have a thickness of 5mm-7mm. Steel carbon pipes are very durable. The SCH 40 Carbon Steel Pipe is strong and can withstand stress. Why Use Carbon Steel Pipes?


Carbon steel has high strength, ductility and toughness at low cost and is used in heavy machinery to make heavy duty parts. The total amount of gold is generally less than 5%, which has greater impact toughness, and can obtain better mechanical properties through heat treatment. Casting low-alloy steel has better performance than carbon steel, which can reduce the quality of parts and improve service life.

Carbon steel piping provides safety and durability. It is an ideal material for structural applications due to its impact resistance and its imperceptibility to harsh environmental conditions such as stress or extreme weather.

The incredible strength of carbon steel means that carbon steel pipes can be made thinner and use less material while still being able to transport large volumes. This makes carbon steel piping a cost-effective material. Not only can the use be reduced, but the carbon steel can also be recycled, which is environmentally friendly and economical.

Fabrication: We can fabricate the materials according to the customer’s needs.

Machining:We use CNC lathe machines to produce customized designs according to the client’s needs.

Heat Treatment: To change the mechanical properties of steel pipes and make it suitable for some applications, steel pipes can also a undergo heat treatment process.
